This report has been prepared by the NEEM/EGRIP logistics group. The purpose is to provide the NEEM Scientific Steering Committee with a final report on cleaning up the former NEEM camp and the new EGRIP Steering Committee, relevant authorities and the NEEM/EGRIP 2015 participants with documentation of the events of the field season. The report contains information on the activities leading up to the field season and activities on the ice sheet. The SITREPs and camp diaries are included.

Besides listing the facts, it is our hope that the report can relay some of the special experiences which were part of the multinational efforts on the ice sheet.

To complete the logistical tasks during this special year of traverse activity, a lot of good will, help and flexibility of planning was needed from the organizers and personnel of the National Science Foundation GRiT traverse, the CH2MHill/CPS Polar Field Services, the 109th TAG, NYANG.
