| Abstract |
The IDP Subglacial Access Working Group (SAWG) represents the broad range of scientists interested in gaining data from beneath glaciers and ice sheets. The polar research communities include: Biology –ice core biology, basal ice, sub ice sediments and water) Hydrology – fluvial/lakes, physical/chemical Sediment – till/fluvial/lake, sed-water interface Rock – sedimentary, bedrock, exposure dating Geophysics – site surveys. |
